I wanted to send a quick email and let you know that you have an amazing staff member that deserves to be recognized. My husband and I have just begun our working out and eating right lifestyle and in a time of high excitement and drive, we joined a gym and got our hands on every book we could find about eating right. My friend suggested I go into Max Muscle and get myself some of their high 5-protein powder. As she was telling me this on the phone, we happened to be driving past your Loveland location. I told my husband to pull over; we were going in there to get some.

We walked in the door and were immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter his named Bryce. He showed us over to the protein we were looking for and began talking to us about what we were looking to accomplish. Not only did he suggest other products, he explained why these products were beneficial to our health. He then learned that we were newbie’s and had never taken any of these supplements before and that this was our first time in. He took the time to explain what would help us in our goal and took the time to explain why as well.

He then signed us up for a meeting with your dietician to help us with our eating plan and to see if ordering food would be a right choice for us. Gold’s Gym was doing a special promotion that day and giving away free t-shirts, which he then gave us as well!! He also gave us 3 pamphlets that had great shake receipts, nutritional information and other helpful hints to help us along our journey.

Being new to this industry, it’s really hard and intimidating, but he is an amazing resource to meet and he made us feel like he would help us through this journey. You have an amazing person on your staff and because of him, we will definitely be back to your location. I will also tell my friends about your store and make sure they visit you for all their needs. It’s not often that you find a business with your customer service and employees who are passionate about what they do – you have something very special here and I wanted to make sure you are aware of it. We spent the entire drive to Denver talking about what makes a business great and you’ve got it – customer service.
